You answer the customers like a machine with no emotions and careless.
You try to made everything complicated and charge the customers $7.99 if the customers want their money back from original payment. You have to made things easier for your customers who bring the benefit and money to your company. We don't want to email you and email you the option that we want. All we need are the buttons we can click and the options to choose to return. Why did you do that with your customers? We want to return the items that we can not use, we don't want to waste our time to email you and read your email. If the customers want to return an item, they have to email back and forth with customer care several times. If you are already, please don't reorder. TL DR their pieces are amazing in quality and have tons of designs- there might be some flaws in shipping, but my overall experience has been great! I ended up getting my original shipment a few days later although there was no tracking information, and then another shipment that I think customer service tried to send out when I emailed came a few weeks later so I ended up with two of everything which I wasn't mad about.
My first order also was taking a bit too long for shipping, so I emailed customer service and got a response a bit later. They could however expand their sizing a bit and they do have a couple of pieces that are one size. There are never loose stitches or flaws and their sizing charts are always thorough so I don't have to do much guesswork since they include bust, waist, shoulder, etc. Every piece I've gotten from jing has always become a new staple in my closet! The products always match the images and the quality is always even better in person whether it is their knit tops, silky blouses, tweed skirts, or faux leather bottoms.
